The first day of spring

On the 21st March in our school we celebrated the first day of spring. It’s funny because it’s usually a sunny day but this year there was a lot of snow. It was also an open day in our school. Every class prepared traditional food of Comenius countries. First grade had to prepare German cuisine, second had Spanish dishes and third – Italian ones.

Our class made some traditional Spanish cakes and tapaz. We also prepared gazpacho. Later, all students could taste them. At the end we presented our poster about Spain. We also took part in a competition about Comenius countries. It was an exciting day and we can’t wait the next one.
